1. Brainstorm! A great topic takes work and creativity.

2. DO NOT create narratives out of numbers or lists.

3. Take risks! The AdCom has seen everything.

4. Ask, “Is there emotion & growth?” Hint: there should be!

5. An interesting POV provides unique, personal tone
